All membership dues, license fees, enrollment fees, and rating processing fees paid to the United States Air Sports Federation (U.S.A.S.F.) are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once a digital transaction is settled and a Membership Identity Account profile is initiated, the fee cannot be reversed.

In the event that a membership account is suspended, terminated, or permanently revoked, all fees paid shall be completely forfeited to the Federation. No partial or full refunds will be issued for remaining membership durations.

This strict forfeiture policy applies to account terminations resulting from any of the following:

• Airspace violations, safety infractions, identity fraud, or non-compliance with federation registration policies.
• Athletic misconduct, unsportsmanlike behavior, or violations of the official Code of Conduct within any sporting environment, competition, or federation facility.
• Any use, possession, or distribution of illicit drugs, prohibited substances, or alcohol consumption and intoxication within any active sporting area, event venue, or training zone.

By initiating enrollment and proceeding to secure payment, the user legally waives the right to file an unauthorized chargeback dispute with their credit card issuer or banking institution regarding valid membership processing fees.

Any fraudulent chargeback attempts will be aggressively countered with verified digital signature logs.

U.S.A.S.F. reserves the sole and exclusive right to evaluate accidental double-billing transactions on a case-by-case basis.
