Please read these terms carefully. Enrolling and using this platform constitutes a legally binding agreement under the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and executing enrollment forms, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable federal aviation laws, and national or international airspace regulations.

Membership Eligibility and Accountability

Every individual registering on this platform, whether domestic or international, must provide true, accurate, and completely verifiable legal credentials.

The use of pseudonyms, aliases, or false identification credentials during registration constitutes electronic forgery. Members are entirely liable for all activities executed under their verified digital identity account.

Safety and Liabilities

Aviation sports are inherently dangerous activities. U.S.A.S.F. serves strictly as a governing framework and proficiency rating authority.

The Federation, its founders, and executive officers assume absolute zero liability for personal sports injuries, fatalities, property damages, or legal infractions incurred during any individual flight activities worldwide.

Compliance with Airspace Regulations

All members must fully respect restricted airspace zones, military flight boundaries, and local airport control protocols.

Any violation reported by aviation authorities will result in immediate lifetime account revocation and forfeiture of all active credentials.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

Any formal dispute, claim, or legal action arising from domestic or international activities must be resolved exclusively within designated courts located within the United States of America, to the absolute exclusion of all foreign courts.
