Every individual registering an account, purchasing a membership, or submitting operational records on this platform must provide true, accurate, and completely verifiable legal credentials.

Mandatory Verification Veto: The use of pseudonyms, aliases, or falsified credentials during registration or record submissions constitutes a direct breach of this national agreement. An automated cross-referencing name-match validator is hardcoded into our global intake infrastructure. If the legal name typed within any registration or application form does not exactly match the legal name displayed on the uploaded government-issued identification or driver's license (ID/DL) from any U.S. state, the pipeline terminates immediately, blocking the account generation to preserve historical, operational, and institutional integrity.

SSN Exclusion Clause: The U.S.A.S.F. strictly operates a zero-retention policy for unnecessary high-risk federal indicators nationwide. This platform will never collect, process, or store your Social Security Number (SSN) or private banking routing numbers. Identity verification relies exclusively on encrypted, temporary verification of valid state ID/DL uploads.

The Private Database: Uploaded primary identity verification files, state-issued driver's licenses, raw flight logs, personal addresses, and sensitive verification documents from any jurisdiction are permanently isolated from the public directory. The Polished Public Profile: Upon official verification, only approved historical milestones, structural contributions, sanctioned training records, and competitive athletic summaries are generated onto the public-facing directories and live ranking pages of the website, completely shielding personal identity assets from the open web.
